Little Pocket Gallery
By exhibiting with the Little Pocket Gallery, artists agree to the following terms:
There is NO fee charged to artists for exhibiting at The Little Pocket Gallery.
The Little Pocket Gallery will take reasonable care in handling and displaying all artworks. However, the Gallery is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to artworks while they are on display, in storage, or during installation or deinstallation. Artists exhibit works at their own risk.
The Gallery does not provide insurance for exhibited works. Any insurance coverage remains the sole responsibility of the Artist.
By participating in an exhibition at The Little Pocket Gallery, the Artist acknowledges that:
As with many forms of public-facing art, the work exists within an environment that is alive, unpredictable, and beyond complete control.
All artworks must be delivered ready for exhibition and in good condition. The Gallery reserves the right to decline works that are unsafe, unsuitable for the space, or not as previously described.
The Gallery retains final discretion over installation, placement, and presentation of artworks to ensure safety and coherence within the space.
Artworks will be displayed for the agreed exhibition period only. The Gallery may remove works at the conclusion of the exhibition or earlier if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
There is no fee to exhibit at The Little Pocket Gallery.
For works offered for sale, the Gallery retains a 30% commission on any sale. The remaining 70% is paid to the artist within 14 days of cleared payment. Payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method.
Sales Process
Given the public and unattended nature of the vitrine:
Unsold Works
Any works not sold by the conclusion of the exhibition remain the property of the Artist and will be returned or collected by prior arrangement.
All prices are agreed upon prior to the exhibition and remain fixed for the duration of the show.
Please note that while we proudly showcase each artist's work, The Little Pocket Gallery does not guarantee sales.
Artists are required to collect their artwork within 24 hours of the exhibition's completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any works not collected within this timeframe may be moved into temporary storage or considered abandoned. The Gallery is not responsible for works left beyond the collection period.
By exhibiting, artists grant the Little Pocket Gallery permission to photograph and document the artwork and exhibition for promotional, archival, and social media purposes, with appropriate credit given where possible.
Artists are responsible for ensuring their artwork does not pose a risk of injury or damage to people or property. The Gallery accepts no liability for claims arising from the nature or condition of the exhibited work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Artist releases and holds harmless The Little Pocket Vitrine Gallery, its founder, operators, and collaborators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the exhibition.
This includes financial loss, emotional distress, or consequential claims relating to damage, disappearance, or alteration of the work.
Participation in an exhibition at the Little Pocket Gallery constitutes acceptance of these Exhibition Terms.
